Product Description
The TYPE FXZ-160A full-automatic vertical lid capper is a newly-type lid-revolver improved recently by our company. The machine's appearance is artistic and scholar, flexible, quick lid-revolving speed, high conformity rate, it may suit for the different bottle shape's lid-pressing for foodstuff, pharmacy, daily chemical industry, pesticide and cosmetics. The four units of speed-adjustable motors is separately used in lid-feeding, bottle-clamping, conveying and lid-pressing, the machine has a high automation degree, good steadiness, convenient adjustment, changing bottle sizes or lid, needn't any parts, only need some adjustments (for example, link with the lid-feeder, may automatically feed lids)

2.1,The whole machine uses Schneider brand which can make sure the stability of the machine.
2.2,A cap sensor is installed in the cap hopper. When there is not enough cap, the elevator will start working to make sure providing caps.
2.3,Use a handle to adjust the height and tight of the machine,stable and reliable.
2.4,A mirror is installed to check the state of caps.

Intectual checking back lid, high-speed magnetic valve rejector, solving the noise polluction, large comsumption of air and low qualified rate. Convenient adjustment.
Application
Linear Cap screw /Pressing Machine.
Bottle caps automatically goes into bottle caps slot by adopting cap-pulling device. In order to the machine can fit on capping on various bottle volumes, and considering multi-usages in this machine, so it is adjustable on machine design.
It has more advantages on well-structure, good outlook, small volume, low weight, wide using range, easy dismissible and maintenance, and low quotiety of bottle broken.
