Introduction:
Weight testing machine, also known as weight sorting machine is the use of weight sensors to identify the weight of the product range, mainly used for automated packaging line through the product of the dynamic online weighing automation equipment that can detect continuous work process Unqualified products and weighing data storage.
Workflow Description:
Staff first boot, the weight of the object to be detected and the deviation value input to the man-machine interface system, and then adjust the appropriate parameters. When the preparation is completed, you can wait for the upstream conveyor to deliver the product. The photoelectric switch to inform the system to check weighing delay, when the article completely into the weighing section, the delivery stops, the system of its weight sampling, and through the calculation to determine whether the article is qualified, if the product is unqualified, the device sound and light warning; If it is a qualified product, the three-color light on the device will light green.
This machine adopts PLC control, and product is on-line weighed via highly precise sensor. Unqualified product will be automatically alarmed and rejected.
